Return Window

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original condition with all original packaging and tags.

Return Process

• Contact Customer Service: Email us at support@barangaytech.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Receive Return Authorization: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
• Ship the Item: Send the item back with the RMA number included. Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
• Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds

• Amount: Refunds include the product price and initial shipping costs (if applicable).
• Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

• For exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
